Managing Your Event Time Zone

Event times on Zeffy forms automatically adjust to the time zone of each visitor's device, while the event time zone you set is preserved on all post-purchase documentation. You can change the time zone in the campaign editor's Advanced settings.

Change the event time zone

When you update the time zone, the event date and time will be displayed according to the selected time zone.

  1. In Campaigns, open the event you want to edit.

  2. Go to Advanced settings.

  3. Find the Time zone setting and select the correct zone.

  4. Save your changes.

How visitors see event times

On the public event form, event times adjust to the time zone of each visitor's device. A buyer in a different time zone will see the event start time in their local time. This helps buyers understand what time the event will be for them.

On all other communications, Zeffy will display the event time zone you selected in the editor, not the visitor's local time zone. The e-ticket, confirmation email, and reminder emails display the event time in the selected time zone for your event.
