How to Redirect Donors to a Custom Thank You Page

By default, all Zeffy forms redirect users to the official Zeffy Thank You page after a successful submission. To send donors or buyers to a custom webpage instead, submit a request to our support team with your form details and destination URL.

Request a custom redirect

Before submitting the request, gather the following information:

  • Your Zeffy form URL or link

  • The destination URL where you want users to be redirected after submission

  • If you'd like the custom thank you page applied to all of your existing and all future campaigns, please specify this in your request.

What to check when donors see the default page

If donors or buyers land on the official Zeffy Thank You page instead of your custom page, check the following:

  • Support confirmation: The redirect is configured by our support team after you submit the request form. Make sure you have received confirmation that the change is live.

  • Form URL: Verify that the form URL you provided in the request matches the URL of the form your donors are using.

  • Embedded forms: If your form is embedded on another site, the custom thank-you page displays inside the iframe. This is expected behavior.

  • Test after setup: Complete a test submission after support confirms the redirect is configured to verify donors land on the correct page.

What stays the same

Even with a custom redirect enabled, donors and buyers still receive the automated confirmation email with their:

  • Transaction receipt

  • Custom thank-you message

  • Any applicable e-tickets or documentation
