Delete or hide an online store item

Delete an item that has not sold

You can delete an online store item only when no units have been sold. If the item is eligible for deletion, a trash icon appears next to it in the item list.

  1. Go to Campaigns in your admin dashboard and open the online store form.

  2. Go to the Items step.

  3. Click the trash icon next to the item you want to remove.

  4. Confirm the deletion.

Hide an item that has sold

Once an item has sold one or more units, the trash icon is removed to preserve transaction history. Hide the item from the storefront instead.

  1. Go to Campaigns in your admin dashboard and open the online store form.

  2. Go to the Items step.

  3. Click the eye icon next to the item to hide it from buyers.

Hidden items remain in your records and can be shown again by clicking the same eye icon.

Reduce inventory to stop new sales

If you want to keep an item visible but stop selling it, set its total availability to the number already sold. This marks the item as sold out without deleting or hiding it.

  • Click See more options below the item.

  • Under Total availability, enter the quantity already sold.

  • Save the form.
