Why are some of my peer-to-peer registrations missing a fundraising page?
If your peer-to-peer registration count is higher than your participant or team page count, the extra registrants completed their registration and payment but never finished creating a fundraising page. The registration is still valid, and a page can be created for them at any time.
Why this happens
Registration and fundraising-page creation are two separate steps. After someone completes their event registration and payment, they are redirected to a separate page where they create their fundraising page. If they close that page without finishing the steps, their registration succeeds but no fundraising page is created.
It is not currently possible to force a registrant to stay on the fundraising-page step and complete it. If one buyer registers several people, each registrant who wants a page still has to create their own, even when the registrations were paid for together.
Create the missing fundraising page
Use your campaign's direct link to open the fundraising-page creation flow without going through registration again. You can create the page yourself, or send the link to the registrant so they can create their own.
Copy your peer-to-peer campaign URL and add
?openFundraiser=Trueto the end. For example:https://www.zeffy.com/en-GB/peer-to-peer/Zeffy-run?openFundraiser=True. If you need to find the base URL first, see How to Find Your Campaign's Share Link.Open the link. It takes you straight to the fundraising-page creation page instead of the registration form.
Create the page for the missing registrant, or send the link to them so they can create their own page.
Share this link only with the registrants who need it, never publicly. Anyone who has it can create a fundraising page without first registering for the event.
Reduce the drop-off for future registrations
If a significant number of registrants are not creating pages, add a short note to your event description or registration instructions reminding registrants to complete the fundraising-page step after paying.
Edit a page that was already created
You can edit participant and team pages from your dashboard: go to Fundraising → Campaigns, select your peer-to-peer campaign, open the Overview tab, and manage pages under Peer-to-peer participants and teams. For full steps, see Edit, move or manage your peer-to-peer fundraising pages and teams.
