How to see who donated to my campaign (p2p fundraiser)

You can see who donated to your peer-to-peer campaign in two places: the campaign's Payments tab, which lists every donor, and the public donor list on your campaign page, which shows only donors who chose to be publicly displayed.

See donors in the campaign's Payments tab

This is the quickest way to check who donated. From the campaign's Payments tab you see each donor's name, email, amount, and the team or participant page their donation went to.

1. Go to Campaigns and click your peer-to-peer campaign.

2. Click the Payments tab.

Each payment row shows the amount, the donor's name and email, the date, the details, the status, the payment type, and the campaign it went to. When a donation was made under a team or participant page, the row also shows which team it went to.

Click anywhere on a payment row to open its payment details. Click the donor's name to open their contact record instead.

Export donor details

Use the export in the Payments tab when you want a spreadsheet of your donors. You can narrow it by payment status and date range before exporting.

1. In the campaign's Payments tab, filter by status (for example, Succeeded or Failed) and add a date range if needed.

2. Click Export.

3. Choose the columns to export, or toggle on to select all.

The export includes transaction details, buyer information (first name, last name, email, and company name if provided), tax receipt information, and campaign information. The campaign columns include the campaign title, the campaign link, the main campaign title, and the team title, so you can see exactly which team or participant page each donation went to.

View the public donor list

Your campaign page shows a public donor list when the Donor List setting is on. On a peer-to-peer campaign, you control this in the campaign's Advanced Settings.

1. Go to Campaigns and click Edit next to your peer-to-peer campaign.

2. Go to Advanced Settings.

3. Make sure Donor List is toggled on.

The list appears on your campaign page. Donors who chose to remain anonymous show as "Anonymous" and never display their name publicly, even when the list is shown. A donor who is anonymous to the public still appears in your payment records.
