How can I add sponsorship tiers on my Zeffy form?
Sponsorship tiers allow you to offer different levels of support with unique benefits for your event or fundraiser, including complimentary tickets. You can easily set this up by creating multiple ticket types in your Zeffy form.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Ticket Section
Log into your Zeffy dashboard
Go to "Campaigns" in the left-hand menu
Click "New campaign" and select "Event" to create an event form. If your form already exists, click "Edit" next to your form to add new ticket types.
Create Sponsorship Tiers
In the tickets section, create a new ticket type or click "Add another ticket type" to create a sponsorship rate
Name your sponsorship level (e.g., "Gold Sponsor", "Silver Sponsor")
Set the price for that sponsorship tier
Add a description detailing the benefits included
Repeat for each sponsorship level you want to offer
Set Up Group Tickets for Sponsors
Click "More ticket options" on the sponsorship ticket type
Configure it as a group ticket to include complimentary tickets with the sponsorship
Specify the number of tickets included in each sponsorship package
Sponsors will automatically receive their e-tickets in their confirmation email
