Switch between organization or donor profiles
If you have multiple Zeffy organization accounts or a donor profile under the same email, you can switch between them without logging out.
Switch profiles
Click on your name in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.
Select "Switch profile".
Choose the organization account you want to access, or select "My donor profile" to access your donor account.
Verification required: Each organization account must be verified to connect a bank account and collect payments.
Creating a new organization profile
If you need to create an additional organization account (for example, a chapter of a larger organization):
Click on your name in the bottom left corner.
Select "Switch profile".
Click "+ Create a new organization".
Adding users to specific organizations
If you're the owner of multiple Zeffy accounts, you can add different people to each organization. They will only have access to the organization you give them access to.
