How to reset your password

To reset your password:

  1. Go to https://zeffy.com/login, enter your email address, and click Next.

  2. On the password page, click “Forgot Password?”, then select “Send Reset Link.”

  3. Check your email for a message titled “Reset Your Password.” (If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.)

  4. Open the email and click the reset link. Create a new password and confirm it.

  5. Return to the login page and sign in using your new password.

Additional Tips

  • Ensure your email address is correctly entered: If you don't receive the password reset email, double-check that you’ve entered the correct email address associated with your Zeffy account.

  • Use a strong password: For security reasons, choose a password that’s unique and not easily guessable.
