How to add shipping to your Zeffy online Store

Adding shipping options to your Zeffy online store allows you to charge customers for delivery costs. This is done by creating a separate item in your store specifically for shipping.

1. Create a Shipping Item

   • Go to fundraising > campaigns and click on edit to the right of your online store to open your online store form editor

   • Navigate to the "Items" section of your online store form editor

   • Click "+ Add Item" to create a new item

   • Name it appropriately (e.g., "Shipping Fee" or "Delivery Cost")

   • Set the shipping price

   • Add a description explaining the shipping terms

   

2. Configure Shipping Options (Optional)

   • If you have different shipping rates, create separate items for each option:

     • Standard Shipping

     • Express Shipping

     • Local Pickup (if applicable)

3. Add Shipping Details (Optional)

   • Under "Questions per item," you can add custom questions to collect:

     • Shipping address

     • Preferred delivery time

     • Special delivery instructions
