You can add a video to any Zeffy form, including donation forms and auctions. Zeffy supports YouTube video URLs only; you must upload your video to YouTube before adding it to your form.
Log in to your Zeffy dashboard. Go to Fundraising, then Campaigns.
Click the form you want to edit to open the editor.
In the editor, go to the customization section. Under Form banner, select the video option.
Enter the URL of your YouTube video.
Click the save button at the top right of the screen.
Only YouTube is supported. Videos hosted on Vimeo, TikTok, or other platforms will not work.
If your video does not appear after saving, check whether the URL is a YouTube Short. Zeffy forms do not support YouTube Shorts URLs directly.
To use a YouTube Short, convert the URL to a regular video format by replacing shorts with watch in the address bar:
Open the YouTube Short URL in your browser.
In the URL, replace the word shorts with watch, then press Enter.
Copy the new URL and paste it into the Form banner video field in Zeffy.
