Do you contact our donors?

Zeffy does not solicit your contacts on its own. We contact people in your network to:

1. Provide donors with their transaction and tax receipts. 

2. Contact them regarding a dispute or chargeback.

3. Respond to donors when they contact Zeffy directly. 

You can also send emails and donor mail to your contacts through Zeffy, including newsletters, fundraising emails, and thank-you letters.
