What Is Zeffy and How Does It Work?
Zeffy is a fundraising platform for nonprofits that puts every way you raise money in one free account: donation forms, event tickets, auctions, raffles, memberships, an online store, peer-to-peer campaigns and in-person payments. Every payment lands in a built-in donor CRM, so your donor database builds itself as you fundraise. From the same account, you can then email your supporters, thank them and keep them informed.
Zeffy is 100% free for nonprofits. There is no platform fee, no transaction fee, no credit card processing fee and no subscription. Payouts to your bank account are free too.

How does Zeffy work?
Create a campaign. Pick a donation form, an event, an auction, a raffle, a membership, a store or a peer-to-peer campaign, and add your logo and colors.
Share it. Send the link, embed it on your website, share a QR code, or add it to your organization page.
Collect payments. Supporters pay online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank payment or, in the US, a donor-advised fund. In person, they pay with Tap to Pay. Donation tax receipts go out automatically.
Every supporter lands in your CRM. Each payment creates or updates the contact, with their full history across all your campaigns.
Stay in touch. Email your contacts, send year-end tax receipts, and see what you raised in your reports.
How is Zeffy free?
When someone pays on a Zeffy form, they're asked if they'd like to leave an optional contribution to Zeffy. That contribution is Zeffy's only source of revenue. It is always separate from the payment to your organization: you receive 100% of every donation, ticket or purchase, whether the donor contributes or not.
