How to Set Up a Custom Redirect After Form Submission

By default, all Zeffy forms redirect users to the official Zeffy Thank You page after a successful submission. However, organizations can request to have their forms redirect to a custom webpage instead.

Here's how to request a custom redirection:

Gather Required Information

• Your Zeffy form URL/link

• The destination URL where you want users to be redirected after submission

Submit redirection request: 

Important Notes

• Email Confirmations: Regardless of the redirect setup, users will still receive the automated confirmation email with their:

  • Transaction receipt

  • Custom thank you message

  • Any applicable e-tickets or documentation

• Embeds: If your form is embedded, any custom thank you page requested will be displayed within your iframe.

• Test After Setup: Once your custom redirect is configured, as confirmed by our support team test the form to ensure everything is working as desired.
