Activate your Zeffy donor account from the link sent in your confirmation email.
After you've made a donation or purchase, you can activate your account from the link sent in your confirmation email or from here.
To log in, enter the same email address as the one used in your transaction. You'll then receive an email to create a password. After your password is created, your account will be activated.
Please note that if you have used multiple e-mails to make transactions on the platform, you will only see a portion of your transactions in this donor profile, as the transactions are associated with the e-mail address used at the time of payment.
Here are the actions you can perform from your donor account:
1️⃣ View your transaction history and modify or cancel your recurring donation or membership with auto-renewal
If you have a recurring payment with an organization that uses Zeffy, it will be displayed in the list the your transactions and there will be a “Edit” button next to the payment. By clicking on “Edit,” you can change the amount of your donation, change your credit card information or stop the donation. For more information, please visit the page here.
2️⃣ View or modify your donation campaign
Your donor dashboard allows you edit peer-to-peer fundraising pages, if you've signed up to participate in a non-profit organization's fundraising campaign as a team or an individual.

3️⃣ View and download your tax receipts
To access a donation receipt issued to you through the platform, click on the transaction listed under the “My transactions” tab and you'll see the option to download your receipt if it has been issued to you.
Note that at the beginning of each year, Zeffy sends donors all tax receipts generated by the organizations in a single PDF file, so you can have them on hand for filing your tax returns.
4️⃣ Change your contact details
In your account settings, you can change your first name, last name and e-mail address. To modify this information, click on “Settings” and choose “My account” and then “Personal information”.
If you've used several e-mails to make transactions on Zeffy and would like to view them all in the same profile, you can merge them. Simply replace the e-mail address of the account you no longer wish to use with the e-mail address with which you wish to access all transactions. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to this account to confirm the merge.
To change your mailing address, please contact the organization directly, as it cannot be modified from the donor profile.
