Zeffy offers flexible email options to help you communicate with your contacts effectively. Whether you want to reach all your supporters or specific segments, you can send personalized messages with just a few clicks.
- You can include up to 11,000 contacts on an email at once
- Emails sent to multiple contacts use BCC to protect recipient privacy.
- All emails are sent from contact@mailer.zeffy.com
Use filters to select segments of your contacts
- Log in to Zeffy and go to "Newsletter" then "Contacts"
- Click "+ Filter" to discover additional filtering options at the top of the page to select specific contacts. Filter options include:
- Campaigns
- Membership
- Contact type
- Total amount donated
- Select filtered contacts using the checkbox at the top of the name column after filters are applied
- Click "Send email” button that appears at the top of
- Write and send your targeted message or use one of your pre-existing templates
Use lists to email segments of your contacts
If you need to send an email to the same specific segment of your contacts multiple times, Zeffy's Contact Lists feature makes it easy to organize and target your communications effectively.
