Add attachments to your emails to send important documents to your donors.
You can add attachments to your emails to share additional information with your supporters. The maximum file size is 20MB.
Follow these steps to add attachments to your emails:
How to attach a file using the email/newsletter builder
- Login to Zeffy and navigate to "Newsletter" > "Emails"
- Click "New email" to create a new email. To learn how to use Zeffy's email builder, please consult this page of our help centre.
- Click "Next" to view the section where you can customize your subject line, sender name, and add an attachment:
- Click "Add file +" to select the file from your device and add it to your email. Please note that only one file can be attached per email and the file must be under 20MB.
- Click "Next" to customize your recipients list. Send yourself a test email, schedule the email to go out later or send it right away using the "Send now" button.
How to attach a file while emailing from the Contact section
- Login to Zeffy and navigate to the "Contacts" section under "Newsletter".
- Select a contact and click on "New email" in the top right corner.
- A screen will open to the right where you can compose your email. Learn more about the different emailing tools at your disposal here.
