Where is my ticket/receipt/confirmation email?

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please reach out directly to the organization.

If you purchased a ticket using a Zeffy form, you should receive an automatic e-mail with the following information:

1. A link to your electronic ticket or tax receipt
2. A personalized message from the organization with additional information about their fundraiser
3. A transaction receipt

Note: The transaction receipt at the bottom of the e-mail is the only type of transaction receipt we provide. If you need more details about your payment, please contact the organization directly to obtain the information you require. 

Please note that some organizations choose not to issue e-tickets or donation receipts, in which case you will not receive any documents in the confirmation e-mail. 

There is sometimes a slight delay between the time you make your purchase and the time you receive your confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive your e-mail within 4 hours of purchase, please check your spam and then send an e-mail to the organization to which you contributed for assistance.

If you have paid by direct debit / pre-authorized debit

If you have made a purchase by pre-authorized debit, payment processing may take up to 10 working days. In this case, you will first receive an email confirming that the payment is being processed. Once the payment has cleared, the confirmation e-mail with the ticket, tax receipt and transaction receipt will be e-mailed to you. 

If you have paid using Apple pay or Google pay

When you use Apple pay or Google pay, we extract the contact information directly from your account. Please check the email address associated with this payment method on your device, as it may be different from the one you normally use.

If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you used to create your Apple pay or Google pay account, please contact the organization you made the payment to. They will be able to resend the confirmation e-mail to you at a different e-mail address. 

If you made a mistake or typo in your contact details at the time of payment

If the e-mail address you entered at the time of payment is incorrect, please contact the organization directly to have it resent to the correct e-mail address.
