Where is my ticket/receipt/confirmation email?

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please reach out directly to the nonprofit.

If you purchased a ticket through a Zeffy form, you will receive an automatic email with your e-ticket attached as a linked PDF.

There is sometimes a slight delay between the time you make your purchase and the time you receive your confirmation email. If you do not receive your email within 4 hours of purchase, please reach out to the nonprofit to whom you contributed directly for assistance. Please also be sure to check your spam, as emails can sometimes end up there!

Please note that some nonprofits opt not to include an e-ticket, in which case you will only receive a confirmation transaction email. 

If you made a purchase with a pre-authorized debit card or with ACH, the payment can take up to 10 business days to process. In these cases, you will receive the confirmation email and/or ticket after the payment is fully cleared.
