View and download a report with answers to custom questions

There are two ways to view the answers to the custom questions collected during a transaction

Obtain a report with answers to custom questions

To get an overview of the answers submitted for all your payments, you can export your payment data:

  1. Navigate to "Payments"
  2. Filter by form name and select the form for which you wish to view the information
  3. Select all payments using the checkbox at the top of the list of payments
  4. Click the purple "Export" button with the filter applied
  5. You will be asked to confirm the type of report you wish to pull. Make sure to change the "type of export" to an itemized payments export. 
  6. The answers to questions for the buyer are found next to the contact information and the answers to questions per ticket at the end of the report.

 

View and edit answers to questions for a specific payment

If you are looking to quickly view the answers submitted for a specific payment:

  1. Navigate to the 'Payments' tab and search for the transaction
  2. Click on the transaction in question (click anywhere on the payment line except the contact name or form name. These are hyperlinks, they will redirect to a different page)
  3. A payment details page will open to the right of your screen with the payment details, ticket selected and answers to custom questions listed. 
  • Questions for the buyer will be listed at the top 
  • Questions per ticket will be found in each ticket detail

To edit an answer that has been submitted, click on it and enter the new answer. Your edits will be saved automatically.
