I paid but I haven't received my receipt yet

ACH/PAD payments can take up to 10 days to process.

Transactions completed by pre-authorized debit (PAD or ACH Direct Debit) require a few days to be finalized, up to 10 days. When the transaction is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email saying that the transaction is in progress.

⚠️ You may already see the charge on your account! However, it can still take a few more days before the charge clears on our end.

As soon as your payment fully clears, you will receive another confirmation email from Zeffy containing your receipt (and/or tax receipts, tickets if applicable).
