Zeffy cannot be integrated as a standalone payment processor for external platforms or forms. However, we offer three different ways to connect Zeffy with your external forms:
Why Zeffy can't be used as an external payment module
- Zeffy partners exclusively with Stripe to process payments through our platform
- The 0% platform fee benefit only applies to transactions processed entirely through Zeffy's forms via Stripe's custom integration
- External integrations with other platforms' payment systems are not supported
Solution 1: Link in Thank You Email
After someone completes their payment on Zeffy, they receive an automated "Thank you" email. You can customize this email to include a link to your Google Form or other external form. Since these emails have high open rates, this is a reliable way to guide people to your additional form.

Solution 2: Automatic Redirect After Payment
When someone completes their Zeffy payment, they can be automatically redirected to your external form. This creates a smooth experience where users:
- Complete their payment on Zeffy
- Are automatically taken to your form. To set this up, simply contact our support team with your redirect link.
Solution 3: Keep Everything in Zeffy (Recommended)
Instead of using two separate forms, add your custom questions directly to your Zeffy form:
- Collect payments and information in one place
- Choose from multiple question types (short answer, multiple choice, contact information, etc.)
- Access all responses in your Zeffy dashboard
- Create a simpler experience for your supporters
