Can I customize the receipts issued by Zeffy?

Zeffy's tax receipts are IRS/CRA/ATO compliant. It therefore isn't possible to edit the wording or information present on Zeffy tax receipts. However, you can add your organization's logo and brand colors to make it more personalized, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Here’s what you can do:

Adding your logo to tax receipts

  1. Log into your Zeffy account.

  2. Click on your name in the bottom left corner > click on "Settings."

  3. Under Organization, click on "Visual Identity."

  4. Upload an image of your logo.

This will ensure that your organization’s branding appears on all issued tax receipts.

⚠️ If you do not upload a logo, the form logo will be automatically displayed on your tax receipts.

Adding your brand color to tax receipts

  1. Log into your Zeffy account.

  2. Click on your name in the bottom left corner > click on "Settings."

  3. Under Organization, click on "Visual Identity."

  4. Edit the color to match your organization's brand.

If you do not add a color, the color of your tax receipts will match the color of your Zeffy campaign.

Editing the content of tax receipts

It is not possible to edit the content of the tax receipts. Zeffy uses a standardized template that complies with tax receipt requirements in the United States, Canada, and Australia. However, you can vote on the feature request to allow for more customization on tax receipts here.
