Understanding customization options for Zeffy tax receipts
While it isn't possible to edit your tax receipts you can add your organization's logo to make it more personalized, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Here’s what you can do:
Adding your logo to tax receipts

Log into your Zeffy account.
- Click on your name in the top left corner > click on "Settings."

Under Organization, click on "Visual Identity."

Upload an image of your logo.
This will ensure that your organization’s branding appears on all issued tax receipts.
⚠️ If you do not upload a logo, the form logo will be automatically displayed on your tax receipts.
Editing the content of tax receipts
It is not possible to edit the content of the tax receipts. Zeffy uses a standardized template that complies with tax receipt requirements in the United States and Canada. However, you can vote on the feature request to allow for more customization on tax receipts here.
