Many of our users want to visualize what some of our materials look like. On this sample page, you will find examples of documents generated by Zeffy.
Sample Tax Receipt:
🇨🇦 If you use Zeffy to issue donation receipts as a Canadian organization, your CRA compliant document will look something like this! You will be able to add your own logo and signature.
🇺🇸 If you use Zeffy to issue charitable donation receipts as a US organization, your IRS compliant document will look something like this! You will be able to add your own logo and signature to this.
Sample E-Ticket:
If you use Zeffy to generate event or raffle tickets, they will look something like this. Each e-ticket has it's own unique number and QR code that you will be able to use to manage admissions the day of your event. You will be able to upload your own image to personalize this element. Answers to custom questions per ticket will also appear on this document.

Sample confirmation email:
Every time a transaction goes through on your Zeffy account, your buyers will automatically receive a confirmation of their transaction. This email will contain details of their transaction or registration.
Depending on the purchase, this email will contain their tax receipt or their e-tickets or both. It will also contain your personalized thank you message which you can set in your account.
Finally, it contains a transaction receipt at the very bottom with details of the payment amount, payment method etc.

Sample membership card:
If you use Zeffy to manage your members and chose to generate membership cards, each of your donors will receive their own membership card.
You will be able to customize the logo on this card. It will also contain your members name, email address, as well as the expiry date of their membership. Answers to custom questions per ticket will also appear on this document.
Membership renewal notice:
If you use Zeffy to manage your members, your members will receive an automatic reminder email 30 days prior to the expiry of their membership. Below is an example of what this membership expiry email looks like.
If your member did not select auto-renewal on their membership, the email will simply remind them to renew their membership should they wish to do so.
