If you've accidentally deleted a form on Zeffy, don't worry - our team can help recover it. Here's what you need to know and what steps to take.

⚠️ Please note:

  1. Once a form is deleted, it cannot be reactivated directly through your dashboard
  2. Only the Zeffy support team can assist with form recovery
  3. To recover your form, we'll need specific information to locate it

Prevention Tips:

To avoid accidental deletions in the future, consider archiving forms instead of deleting them. Archived forms:
  • allow you to keep the form accessible while preventing new submissions
