Simplify your donation form for flexible contributions
All Zeffy donation forms have the option for the donor to enter an amount of their choice in the free-entry text box below the suggested amounts. However, you can create a donation form with only a free-entry text box if you do not wish to have suggested amounts displayed.
This option allows donors to input custom amounts without seeing any predefined suggested donation amounts. Here’s how to set it up:
- First, access your Zeffy dashboard by logging in with your credentials.
- Click on "Forms" located in the left-hand menu of your Zeffy dashboard.
- Click "Create New Form" in the top-right corner and select the "Donation" option from the available form types.
- In the "Customization" section. Toggle off the one-time and monthly donation options to remove them from the form. Refer to the image below for visual guidance:

By following these steps, you’ll have a streamlined donation form that includes only a free-entry text box for donor convenience.
Note that it isn't possible to have monthly or annual donations active on the form without suggested amounts. Removing the suggested amounts allows for one-time donations only at this time.
