How can I add sponsorship tiers on my Zeffy form?

Learn how to set up different sponsorship levels for your event or fundraiser using Zeffy's ticket types feature.

Sponsorship tiers allow you to offer different levels of support with unique benefits for your event or fundraiser, including complimentary tickets. You can easily set this up by creating multiple ticket types in your Zeffy form.
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access the Ticket Section
    • Log into your Zeffy dashboard
    • Go to "Campaigns" in the left-hand menu
    • Click "New campaign" and select "Event" to create an event form. If your form already exists, click "Edit" next to your form to add new ticket types.
  1. Create Sponsorship Tiers
    • In the tickets section, create a new ticket type or click "Add another ticket type" to create a sponsorship rate
    • Name your sponsorship level (e.g., "Gold Sponsor", "Silver Sponsor")
    • Set the price for that sponsorship tier
    • Add a description detailing the benefits included
    • Repeat for each sponsorship level you want to offer 
  2. Set Up Group Tickets for Sponsors
    • Click "More ticket options" on the sponsorship ticket type
    • Configure it as a group ticket to include complimentary tickets with the sponsorship
    • Specify the number of tickets included in each sponsorship package
    • Sponsors will automatically receive their e-tickets in their confirmation email 

Important Tips

  • Make the sponsorship tier names clear and descriptive
  • List all benefits included with each tier in the description
  • Include the number of complimentary tickets in the sponsorship description
  • You can set different prices for each sponsorship level
  • Add discount codes for early bird or special sponsor rates
