      Can I use Zeffy for concession sales?

      Yes! Zeffy's online store feature is the perfect solution for managing concession sales at your nonprofit events. Here's how to set it up and use it effectively.

      Zeffy offers two convenient ways to process concession sales:
       
      1. Online Payments via QR Code
        • Create a QR code that customers can scan with their phones
        • Customers select and pay for items through their mobile device
        • The total is automatically calculated based on items in cart
      2. In-Person Payments with Tap-to-Pay
        • Use Zeffy's Tap-to-Pay feature as a point-of-sale system
        • Accept credit/debit card payments on the spot
        • Automatically track inventory and sales

      Setting up your concession store

      1. Choose "Online store" when creating a new form
      2. Add your concession items:
        • Name each item (e.g., "Hot Dog", "Popcorn", "Soda")
        • Set prices for each item
        • Add descriptions and photos if desired
        • Set inventory limits if needed
