The Zeffy Spend Card essentially allows you to spend your available funds from your Zeffy account to make purchases for your organization.

How much does it cost?
This card is 100% free to order and use. You will not be charged any fees to make purchases on your Zeffy Spend Card. Plus - you'll earn 1.25% cash back on every dollar spent on the card.
Am I eligible for the Zeffy Spend card?
The Zeffy Spend card is only available for Zeffy users located in the United States. Our card is currently in beta, so you’ll need to be given access to our card. If you’re interested and not in the beta group, please reach out to contact@zeffy.com to request to apply.
What can I purchase with my Spend Card?
The Zeffy Spend card can be used anywhere VISA is accepted for all domestic purchases related to your organization. Anything from purchasing decorations for your next event, to paying your organizations website bill, to purchasing your employees travel fees - the options are endless! For now, the only restriction is the expense must be made within the United States.
Does applying or using this card affect my credit score?
No, as it is not a credit card it using the spend card will not have any impact on your credit score.
How soon can I receive my Zeffy card?
Our card is currently in beta, so you’ll need to be given access to our card. If you’re interested in the program, but not in the beta group, please reach out to contact@zeffy.com to request to apply. Once you have been given access, you’ll need to go to your dashboard to order your card, this takes less than 5 minutes. Once this is complete, it takes 5-8 business days to receive your card in the mail.
How many cardholders can I have?
For now, only one cardholder is permitted for each Zeffy account.
Do I have access to a credit margin?
No, this is a spending card and it won’t allow you to spend any money that is not in your balance.
Can I add money to my Spend Card?
Yes! You can perform a top-up directly from your Zeffy account. Go to the bank section and click on the "+" sign beside your account balance to transfer funds from your bank account to your Zeffy balance. This way you can centralize all your spending through your card.
Can I view my expense history?
All your expenses, along with your transactions received through Zeffy and even your payouts can be viewed directly in the bank section of your dashboard.
