      Why can't I see anything in my account?

      Understanding the Difference Between Donor and Nonprofit Accounts

      If you're only seeing "My Transactions" and "My Campaigns" in the left menu, then you're most likely in your donor account. A donor account is associated with the payments you’ve made to nonprofits using the same email address you use to access your nonprofit account.


      To get to your nonprofit account:

        • Click on your name in the top left corner.

        • Click on "Switch Profile."

        • Select your nonprofit to access your organization account.
