Introducing the New Navigation Experience
The side menu and tabs have been updated to allow you to optimize your experience and access important information in fewer clicks.
The main highlights
- Your most used tabs are now accessible in one click from the main side navigation. They are no longer divided by Fundraising and Newsletter.
- Sub-sections of each tab have been added to group information more efficiently. Sections like Insights and Lists can be found in the secondary page-level navigation menu at the top of some sections.

Tabs and sub-sections
1. Campaigns
- All ongoing and past campaigns can be found under Campaigns.
- The Insights section is found in the secondary navigation menu at the top of the Campaigns page.
2. Payments
- All payments can be viewed from the Payments tab
3. Communications
- All sent, scheduled and draft bulk emails can be found under Communications.
- Emails sent to individuals can be viewed directly from their contact page.
- (U.S only) Donor mails are accessible through the secondary navigation menu at the top of the Communications section.
4. Contacts
- All contact data can be found under Contacts.
- Lists and Sign-up forms are accessible from the secondary navigation at the top of the Contacts section by clicking on the section you wish to access.
5. Finances
- Payout information can be found under Finances.
- Tax receipts and Transactions are accessible from the secondary navigation at the top of the Finances page by clicking on the section you wish to access.
6. Saving & Referral Rewards
- View how much you have saved in processing fees since your organization started using Zeffy.
- Your organization's referral link and the option to view organization's you have referred is also found in this "saved on Zeffy section." Your referral link appears once you have received your first payout.
