We're excited to announce a fresh update to your Zeffy navigation experience that makes it easier to find what you need. This article will walk you through the changes and help you navigate your new menu.
What's Changing?
We've redesigned the navigation menu to group key features more intuitively in the left-hand sidebar. Let's dive into a breakdown of the new organization:
🌟 Fundraising
Access to everything related to your campaigns in one convenient place:

- Campaigns (formerly "Forms"): Here is where you can create new campaigns and manage all of those which you're already running!
- Payments: All of your donor's payment records will appear here for all of your transaction management needs.
- Insights (formerly "Home"): Use this tab to jump back into recent campaigns, as well as view customizable reports on the amount of money you have raised with Zeffy!
- Tax Receipts (formerly "Receipts"): Here you can view any tax receipts which have been generated through Zeffy, and manage them!
🌟 Newsletter
Manage all your communications through:

- Contacts tab: Manage all of your donor's profiles seamlessly. Add a transaction, find a tax receipt, add notes and tags -you can do a lot on your donor's profile page!
- Emails: Here you can send emails in bulk or contact your supporters individually straight from your Zeffy dashboard. Create and send professional newsletters using Zeffy's email updated editor!
🌟 Bank
Stay on top of your finances with easy access to:

- Payouts: Payouts for all the funds you collected are deposited directly to the bank account you have linked to Zeffy on a weekly or monthly basis. We recommend watching our video tutorial that walks you through the payouts page from A-Z here!
- Transactions: Here you can view all transactions and/or refunds that were processed through Zeffy. Your transaction data will not include manual entries.
🌟 Referrals
This section remains unchanged - you'll find it in the same familiar spot!
🌟 Profile
You can now access your profile and account settings conveniently located at the bottom left corner of your dashboard!

Q: Will I lose access to any features? A: No, all features remain available - we've simply reorganized them to be more intuitive and easier to find.
Q: Do I need to take any action? A: No action is required. The new navigation will automatically appear in your account.
Q: Will this affect my donors' experience? A: No, these changes only affect the administrative interface you see when logged into your Zeffy account. Your donors' experience remains unchanged.
