How to reset your password

  3. Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the password field.
  4. Click "Send Reset Link."

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Zeffy with the subject line "Reset Your Password."
  2. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 3: Click the Reset Link

  1. Open the email and click on the "Reset Password" link provided. This link will redirect you to the password reset page on Zeffy.

Step 4: Create a New Password

  1. On the password reset page, enter a new password in the "New Password" field.
  2. Re-enter the new password in the "Confirm New Password" field to ensure they match.
  3. Click "Reset Password."

Step 5: Log In with Your New Password

  1. After successfully resetting your password, you'll be redirected to the login page.
  2. Enter your email and new password to access your Zeffy account.
