How to reset your password
To reset your password:
Go to https://zeffy.com/login, enter your email address, and click Next.
On the password page, click “Forgot Password?”, then select “Send Reset Link.”
Check your email for a message titled “Reset Your Password.” (If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.)
Open the email and click the reset link. Create a new password and confirm it.
Return to the login page and sign in using your new password.
Ensure your email address is correctly entered: If you don't receive the password reset email, double-check that you’ve entered the correct email address associated with your Zeffy account.
Use a strong password: For security reasons, choose a password that’s unique and not easily guessable.
⚠️ If you are not taken to a password page:
If entering your email redirects you directly to a Google login page instead of a password page, this means Google Sign-In (SSO) is currently enabled on your account.
If you would like Google Sign-In to be disabled so you can log in using a password instead, please contact our team through the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the website.
