Change your Zeffy account email from your settings, or by adding the new email as a user to your account.
If you have logged in using Google Single Sign On (SSO), you will not be able to change the email from your settings. You will have to add your new email as a user to the account.
Change your email from your settings
To edit the main email address associated with your account:
- Log into your Zeffy account with the current email address
- Click on your name and select "Settings"
- Click on 'Personal information', and change the email address for the new one
Change your email by adding a new user and transferring ownership
If you have enabled Google Sign On (SSO), you may not be able to do this directly. In that case, please add the other email you would like to use as a user on the Zeffy account and accept the invitation to join. You can transfer ownership to that email if you wish to afterwards.
To add other users to your Zeffy account:
- Click on your name in the top left of the Zeffy dashboard
- Select "Invite a user"
- Add the email you wish to use to login to Zeffy with
- Accept the invitation to join the account through the confirmation email sent to your email address
If you would like to transfer ownership to that email, once they have accepted the invitation, go to "Settings" > "Manage users" and click the three little dots next to their name. Select "Make admin" to make them the owner of the account:
