Can my members have automatic membership renewals?

Yes, you can set automatic membership renewals in Zeffy.

When setting up your membership form under the "my forms" section of your dashboard, after listing the different membership types, you can check the option to propose an automatic renewal to your members.

🔁 Activate Renewal

• Below your memberships, you can activate the box "propose automatic renewal." This will give members the option for automatic renewal.
• If you activate this, members can choose to have their membership automatically renewed on the same payment method.
• They will receive a reminder 30 days prior to their renewal. They can always decide to cancel if they do not want to renew their membership.
