Zeffy is a donation and payment platform for charities and non-profits.
Why do I have a Zeffy charge on my statement? 🤔
Zeffy is a donation and payment platform for charities and non-profits. If you've recently made an online donation, purchased a membership, or bought tickets to an event organized by a non-profit, this charge will show up as Zeffy on your statement.
Zeffy's name appears on the receipt because we're the payment platform and merchant, but the funds go directly to the nonprofit.
The transaction description will begin with "ZEFFY" and usually includes part of the non-profit's name. However, the full name of the nonprofit may not appear in the description to due to the character limit. Because of this, you may not recognize the charge.
What to do if I still don't remember or recognize the charge
